Midrash Rabbah
Summary:
(5731) The connection between Matan Torah to Moshe Rabbeinu, David HaMelech and the Baal Shem Tov.

Three concepts (of Matan Torah):
1) "lower worlds" rising to "upper worlds" (Tachtonim ya'alu l'Elyonim)
2) "upper worlds" descending to "lower worlds" (Elyonim yordu l'Tachtonim)
     (Shmot  Rabbah 12:3)
3) Their connection
