Summary:


Reason for the difference between the three sightings of a Zov. The first sighting defiles even if accidental, whereas the other two sightings must be with intent. Moreover, the third sighting defiles even if it is accidental - in spiritual Avodah.

Explanation of the text in the Mishnah (Zavim 2:2): If he had a first issue, they examine him on the second (sighting) 

(and not they examine him (after the first issue),  meaning that only the second sighting (of the one having the two issues) must be willful -
