Rambam-Issurei Mizbeiach
Summary:

(5752) The difference between blemished animals that are not prohibited to Bnei Noach for an offering (Zevachim 115b) and animals lacking a limb, which are prohibited also to Bnei Noach (Zevachim ibid).

The view of Rambam (Hil. Issurei Mizbeiach 3:1) that fowl that are lacking a limb are prohibited "for an animal that is lacking a limb is never offered".

The inner reason why the usual example for a blemish that is permitted to Bnei Noach, and that of fowl, is specifically a "blemish on the white of its eye" ("Dukin she'be'Ayin")
