Summary:
 (5751) Three boundaries to: "they shall be complete" seven complete weeks (Lev.23:15):

1) Sefirah must be in a manner of completeness (T'mimut).
2) The weeks must be complete.
3) At the time when the Beit HaMikdash stood.

Debate concerning a minor who matures in the middle of Seifrah. Also whether Moshiach can come in the middle of Sefirah - if the period of Sefirah is from the Torah; The connection to the three aspects (above) of Sefirah to Matan Torah.
