Summary:

(5743) The Mincha offering of the Kohen Gadol (When the kohen Gadol dies and no one has been appointed to [to serve] in his stead) [is supplied] from communal funds, from his sons (Tal Menachot 51b).

Rashi (Lev. 7:15): "The kohein who is anointed" and s.v "It shall be entirely burnt"
